For our office in Ghent (led by Emily De Baets and Jo Caudron) we are looking for junior consultants to strengthen our core team.
The profile - who we are looking for…
The new colleagues we are looking for are not conventional consultants, but people with a broad orientation and a holistic view of the world.
Obviously, a few years of broad work experience are definitely a plus.
You are fluent in Dutch and English, both in writing and speaking. Other languages are a plus.
You have a broad interest in business, social, digital and technology topics, and you believe in impactful business
You are an Out-of-the-box thinker, a generalist whose strength lies in seeing cross-sector or societal connections and patterns
You quickly assimilate new knowledge, make connections and come up with new insights
From these insights you develop transformation strategies to make organizations future-fit and purpose-driven at the same time
You have good writing skills and can also make visually strong and clear presentations
You have a talent for presenting, motivating and convincing
You take initiative, have a sense of responsibility and quality
You are a team player who can just as well work solo within your own responsibilities
The position

This position starts in a supporting consultant role with growth potential in the long term. We are a small organization so as a junior consultant you will work continuously and closely with the partners of the company and with our clients.
Your tasks are:
Preparation of consulting cases and projects
Trendwatching
Research to markets, clients, projects
Capturing content of workshops and meetings
Creating deliverables as input for consulting
Creating reports and records as a result of a consulting process
Support with the start-up and management of projects
Support with business development and sales
Support in creating content for marketing and PR
In time you can grow to (senior) consultant. This includes:
Being able to identify, sell and manage projects yourself
Being able to lead your own consultancy projects with regard to content
Claiming ownership of a content domain in order to build competence and reputation
